Roma Black joins Neurodiversity in Business (NiB)
Fareham, Hampshire: Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is an industry forum to support the participation of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace recently launched at the Houses of Parliament.
The organisation, led by Dan Harris (Chief Executive Officer) draws upon the cumulative knowledge of neurodivergent experts and leading companies to share best practice and improve the employment and experience of the neurodiverse workforce.
Speaking upon admission to NiB, Lauren Windeback (Founder of Roma Black) said:
“Neurodiversity is a subject that’s very close to my heart. My wonderful sister, Paige, is autistic and I’ve personally seen the struggles she’s faced in her adult life.
We have an inclusive culture at Roma Black, empowering Paige and our other neurodiverse employees to bring their best selves to work.
We have signed up to the NiB forum to better educate ourselves and our clients on attracting, retaining and supporting neurodiverse talent at work.”
